"o que ouvimos nos últimos dias, misturou em si as dimensões políticas domésticas e as considerações eleitorais e a sensação de um excesso de força e êxtase, bem como (kanaleka) considerações regionais (اقليم) e seus empregos (توظيف tauZif) e suas diathesis (استهداف) e o interesse (رغب)de usar Líbano como uma arena para acerto de contas e tal como (كصندوق) correio para a entrega de um grupo de cartas daqui e dali, e isto é para dizer o mínimo, que é condenável e ao contrário do que os libaneses acordados, em particular, em Doha, em que chegámos a acordo sobre a obrigação de não recorrer à violência ou a linguagem das armas ou de recorrer à força ou a ameaça da força ou a fim de obter ganhos políticos. "	"ما سمعناه خلال الأيام القليلة الماضية تختلط فيه الأبعاد السياسية المحلية والاعتبارات الانتخابية والإحساس بفائض القوة والنشوة بها وكذلك الاعتبارات الإقليمية وتوظيفاتها واستهدافاتها والرغبة بأن يستعمل لبنان كساحة لتصفية الحسابات وكصندوق بريد لإيصال مجموعة من الرسائل من هنا وهناك وهذا الكلام أقل ما يقال فيه أنه مستهجن وفيه مخالفة لما اتفق عليه اللبنانيون ولا سيما في الدوحة حيث اتفقنا على الالتزام بعدم اللجوء إلى العنف أو لغة السلاح أو الاحتكام للسلاح أو القوة أو التهديد بها من أجل تحقيق مكاسب سياسية
Não vamos escalar (تدرج) mas nós estamos empenhados com a unidade do libaneses e aprendemos que inimigo verdadeiro é Israel e não seremos presa fácil, ou uma ferramenta usada por qualquer pessoa. Israel quer a divisão entre os libaneses e nós não será arrastado para chegar a uma divisão entre os libaneses. Os libaneses não vão recorrer à violência e continuará a ser objecto muito bem preparados, que terá por base o Estado libanês, que é o Estado de Taif e também não é falar sobre o terceiro dia a partir das idéias aqui e ali.	"لن نستدرج بل نحن حريصون على وحدة اللبنانيين ونعلم أن العدو الحقيقي هو إسرائيل ولن نكون لقمة سائغة أو أداة يستعملها أحد. إسرائيل تريد أن تفرق بين اللبنانيين ونحن لن ننجر للوصول إلى حد الفرقة بين اللبنانيين. ان اللبنانيين لن يلجأوا إلى العنف وسيظل هذا الموضوع هاجسنا الذي سنبني عليه الدولة اللبنانية التي هي دولة الطائف وهي ليست كما يتحدثون عن جمهورية ثالثة ويوما عن أفكار من هنا وهناك
Ele lembrou que "durante o último período, houve tentativas de distorcer o papel das instituições de segurança e do exército libanês e tentando hype-los e assustá-las e dificultar sua forma ou de outra, ou fabricar os problemas para evitar que o exército e interna das forças de segurança para exercer seu papel na manutenção de uma verdadeira segurança e prevenção, que planejou a actos do inimigo israelita e as tentativas de impedir que o exército e da Direcção de Inteligência da Divisão de Informação e Segurança Interna Forças tenham acesso às informações de base que vai permitir-nos através das técnicas modernas de descoberta do planeado inimigo israelita e as células terroristas ou células de espionagem (..)".	وأشار الى أنه "خلال الفترة الماضية كانت هناك محاولات لتشويه دور المؤسسات الأمنية والجيش اللبناني ومحاولة التهويل عليهم وإخافتهم وعرقلة اعمالهم بطريقة أو بأخرى أو افتعال مشاكل لمنع الجيش وقوى الأمن الداخلي من ممارسة دورهما الحقيقي في الحفاظ على الأمن وفي الوقاية مما يخطط له العدو الإسرائيلي من أفعال والمحاولات لمنع الجيش ومديرية المخابرات وشعبة المعلومات في قوى الأمن الداخلي من الحصول على قاعدة المعلومات التي تمكننا من خلال التقنيات الحديثة من اكتشاف ما يخطط له العدو الإسرائيلي والخلايا الإرهابية أو خلايا التجسس

Netanyahu denies intention to withdraw from Ghajar Siniora confirms that under the village of 1701	نتنياهو ينفي نيته الانسحاب من الغجر والسنيورة يؤكد أن القرية خاضعة للـ1701
The statement pointed out that "the Lebanese government has worked since the end of Israel's aggression in the summer of 2006 on Lebanon to put pressure on Israel to implement all (كافة) the provisions (بنود items) of resolution 1701	وأوضح البيان "أن الحكومة اللبنانية عملت منذ انتهاء عدوان إسرائيل في صيف العام 2006 على لبنان للضغط على إسرائيل لتنفيذ كافة بنود القرار 1701
His statement: "To talk about the intention of Israel in these days to withdraw from the occupied village of Ghajar north, does not mean they quit, and therefore, the Ghajar remain occupied until the evacuation of Israeli forces without conditions"	أضاف البيان: "أن الحديث عن نية إسرائيل في هذه الأيام الانسحاب من شمال قرية الغجر المحتلة، لا يعني أنها انسحبت منها، وبالتالي فإن الغجر تبقى محتلة حتى جلاء القوات الإسرائيلية عنها من دون شروط"
He pointed out that "any talk of targets and the price for this political declaration, but within the framework of the Israeli policy, known targets, which aims to sow discord and division among the Lebanese, as it has already done previously, the objectives will not deceive anybody."	مشيراً الى أن "أي حديث عن أهداف وأثمان سياسية لهذا الإعلان، إنما يندرج في إطار السياسة الإسرائيلية المعروفة الأهداف والتي تهدف إلى بث الشقاق والفرقة بين اللبنانيين كما سبق أن فعلت سابقاً، وهي أهداف لن تنطلي على أحد".
He emphasized that "the withdrawal of Israel from any inch of the occupied Lebanese territories, is a benefit and a Lebanese national and Arab nationalist	وأكد أن "انسحاب إسرائيل من أي شبر من الأراضي اللبنانية المحتلة، هو مكسب وطني لبناني وقومي عربي
"Marketing, created by the virulent Israeli media on the talk about withdrawal from the northern village of Ghajar and the objectives of this information to withdraw, but is an expression of frustration and confusion by the Israeli forces against the Lebanese security services on the disclosure of its espionage networks in more than one region in Lebanon	"التسويق الخبيث الذي تروجه وسائل الإعلام الإسرائيلية بشأن الحديث عن الانسحاب من شمالي قرية الغجر وأهداف هذا الانسحاب الإعلامي، إنما يأتي تعبيراً عن الحنق والارتباك الإسرائيلي تجاه قيام الأجهزة الأمنية اللبنانية بالكشف عن شبكات التجسس التابعة لها في أكثر من منطقة في لبنان
The statement pointed out that the President of the Council of Ministers "instructed the competent organs, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to provide full information on the topic of spy networks discovered, as a prelude to raise before the Security Council because it is a violation of resolution 1701."	وأشار البيان الى أن رئيس مجلس الوزراء "أوعز إلى الأجهزة المختصة، تزويد وزارة الخارجية بالمعلومات الكاملة حول موضوع شبكات التجسس المكتشفة، تمهيداً لإثارته أمام مجلس الأمن لأنه يشكل خرقاً للقرار 1701
